Beauty Guru: Beauty Stocking Stuffers for $10 or Less

Oh my, December is here already and unfortunately, I don't have all of my Christmas shopping finished. I have a funny feeling that I am not alone either. One thing I am grateful for is that many of the women in my family like receiving beauty products as gifts. I love that around this time of year, plenty of stores have sales that allow me to get great stocking stuffers. The best part is I can find these fab finds for $10 or less!

Mini Shower Gel and Lotion Stocking Stuffers

My mother and aunts love to receive bath and body items as gifts. I can't always afford to get the full-size products for them all but I can stock up on minis. I spend the most for my mother, of course. When I want to find out what scents she might like, I choose minis from Bath and Body Works' Signature Collection. They cost around $6. For the other bath and body lovers on my list, I pick up Avon Naturals and Skin-So-Soft minis, which only cost $0.99 each.

Hair Care Stocking Stuffers

I only have a few people on my list who are hair product junkies. Like me, they are naturalistas. So I try to find little sample sizes to get them. Items like Carol's Daughter's Tui Moisturizing Oil 8oz for $8 and Hair Milk Trail Size 2oz for $9 are perfect items. Drugstores also carry cheap, natural hair care products that my kinky, curly-headed friends love like Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus hair care products that cost $9.99 at Walgreens.

BB Cream Stocking Stuffers

I recently fell in love with BB cream after receiving a sample a couple of months ago. I have tried a few others out and it is hard to match these creams to your skin tone, especially for a person of color. During my trial and error, I found shades that I now work for a few family members and friends. Rimmel BB Cream is a good choice that is inexpensive where BB creams are concerned. CVS sells these beauty finds for only $6.99. I also like Avon's Ideal Flawless BB Beauty Balm Cream for $10. I was fortunate enough to purchase a few tubes of Ideal Flawless BB Cream last month on a BOGO 50 percent off sale at Avon.

Skin Care Stocking Stuffers

I have some friends and family who always want to know what I use on my face. Besides Noxzema, I know they would not spend the money on the other products I use (I don't even pay full price). This is when I introduce them to new brands via trial and sample sizes during the holidays. I love to stuff their stockings with such skin care finds as:

Makeup Stocking Stuffers

I love giving products from e.l.f, as stocking stuffers. The majority of their products are under $10 and you can purchase their products from their website, Amazon.com, drugstores, and dollar stores. I also seek out fabulous makeup finds at the Avon Outlet and Sephora. Most recently, I was able to snatch up Avon's ExtraLasting Cream foundation, liquid foundation, and pressed powder for $4.99 each. Sephora also has their branded makeup on sale for $5 and less on their sale page.

These are the main types of beauty products I stuff in my family and friend's stockings. To catch some of these items while they are available you have to act quickly before supplies run out. Why not prepare for the following Christmas by purchasing some of the super cheap items throughout the year so you won't have to scramble at the last minute when Christmas 2014 rolls around?

What beauty stocking stuffers do you like to give for Christmas?
