Look Younger Instantly: Smooth Your Skin

Although, we're all well aware of what plastic surgeons can do to combat aging, there are genius makeup tricks that help hide flaws and bring out your youngest looking you, no needles required. Sandy Linter, Lancome's celebrity makeup artist, says foundation is a great tool for putting your best face forward, but it has to be the right kind. "Foundation will make you look younger only if you can't tell you're wearing it," explains Linter. See her tips for faking your way to smoother skin, bigger eyes , and plumper lips.
Prime First
"The only thing that can hide wrinkles and refine pores is primer," says Linter. Try Napoleon PerdisAutoPilot Pre-Foundation Primer ($39) for a smooth base that will also help your makeup last.
Keep it Fresh
"Dewy foundation will take years off," says makeup artist Fiona Stiles. "Steer clear of matte and shimmery formulations, which can sink into fine lines and creases and accentuate pores." Hide and Conceal

Accentuate Bone Structure
