The Victoria's Secret fashion show will air tonight on CBS at 10 p.m. and I know a bunch of us have our DVRs set to see the fantastical outfits and fantastical models. The show was filmed about a month ago, but the final, edited product will be beamed into our living rooms this evening in an attempt to both titillate and humiliate. In soup-stained sweats, we'll watch supermodels like Candice Swanepoel, Doutzen Kroes, Heidi Klum, Chanel Iman, and Miranda Kerr strut their stuff down one of the most famous runways all year. They'll look flawless and we won't.

But maybe if we tried real real hard, maybe if we wished on all the shooting stars in the sky, and maybe if we heed these 5 beauty and style tips from these 5 supermodels, we too can look glamorous in a million-dollar, diamond-encrusted bra.

Candice Swanepoel, the gorgeous blonde from South Africa, told Glamour that protecting your hair is really important:

Find a shampoo and conditioner that keep your hair hydrated. I always have a leave-in conditioner with me on the beach because its important to protect your hair. Most of all, just be natural and enjoy yourself! Happiness and that inner glow are always beautiful.

Chanel Iman, who reportedly was told to gain 15 pounds before the Victoria Secret show, thinks confidence is key. She told Teen Vogue:

I am comfortable with my body and embrace who I am. I love to work it. Everybody at some point has insecurities. You learn to be comfortable in your own skin, and your body changes throughout life, so you can't sweat the small stuff. Accept yourself, love yourself.

Miranda Kerr has said that staying hydrated inside and out is what gives her an edge:

First thing in the morning, I have a glass of warm water with fresh lemon juice. Lemon juice is great for detoxing, alkalizing the body, and improving digestion. I also scrub my entire body with a dry brush-it stimulates blood lymph flow, exfoliates your skin, and encourages new cell growth.

In an interview with Self magazine, Heidi Klum says too thin is no good:

The ultimate beauty secret for a woman getting older is, don't be too thin. It is always better to have a little meat on your bone. When you are just muscle, you end up being gaunt in the face, and that makes you look older by five or 10 years.

Emerging Dutch supermodel Doutzen Kroes gives solid shopping advice:

I buy vintage whenever I can because it's usually one of a kind, I don't see everyone else wearing it, and it's less expensive. A good bag, a pair of sexy high heels, and some bling do the trick for me. If I didn't work in fashion, I would never think of wearing diamonds, but now I have occasions to wear them, and I do!
