"This will revitalize your skin and give it a fresh start, but it's more aggressive, so don't use it as often as a regular exfoliant," says Victoria's Secret makeup artist Linda Hay. Massage Rodan + Fields Enhancements Body Micro-Dermabrasion ($20) over your body in the shower once a month to banish dry and flaky skin. "Always look for the least abrasive and most moisturizing body scrubs," says Hay. "Use it once a week to keep your skin fresh and toned."
