    Surprise your friends with a dangerously delicious grilled cheese bonanza. There are three unique sandwiches for your friends to choose from, or they can run wild with their own creations. Sit down, catch the premiere of Witches of East End and enjoy a tasty melted witch… wich.

    Goat Cheese, Apple, Arugula and Honey SandWITCH


    ½ stick of salted butter at room temperature

    2 eight ounce blocks of goat Gouda cheese, sliced thinly

    12 slices of rye bread

    2 apples sliced thinly

    1 cup arugula



    Heat a large pan on the cooktop over low heat. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Make sure to build your sandwich with the buttered sides of the bread facing outwards. Place one layer of cheese on a slice of bread, followed by a few apple slices, a few sprigs of arugula, and a drizzle of honey.   • Bewitching Tea Latte

    Autumn is coming, and here is your new favorite cold weather beverage. Our chai tea latte is rich and flavorful, not too sweet, and can be spiked with liquor. You'll like this drink so much, you'll throw it over ice and enjoy it during the summer months, too! Brew this up for your friends when they come over to watch Witches of East End.

    WOEE Bewitching Tea Latte


    4 cups of hot water

    6 spiced chai tea bags

    ¼ cup honey

    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    4 cups original soy milk (or regular milk)

    ½ cup vanilla vodka (optional)

    ½ cup Kahlua (optional)


    In a large pitcher, steep the tea bags, the honey, and the cinnamon in the hot water for 10 minutes. On the cooktop, heat the milk and vanilla to a simmer. Be careful not to boil the milk. (This is a trick that leads to a treat!)

    After the tea has finished steeping, remove the tea bags and add it to the milk on the stove. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes until all the flavors

    Even witches crave ice cream. It's a proven witch fact. Satisfy your inner witch with these decadent homemade ice cream sandwiches. Instead of the ol' fashion chocolate chip cookie, we've spiced ours up with a gingersnap and two types of ice cream. When it comes to ice cream, it's go big or go home!



    ¾ cup salted butter, room temperature

    ¾ cup brown sugar

    ¼ cup unsulphured molasses

    1 egg

    ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

    2 cups all purpose flour

    ½ teaspoon baking soda

    ¼ teaspoon salt

    1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

    1 teaspoon ground ginger

    ½ teaspoon ground cloves

    ¼ cup crystalized ginger, chopped

    1 cup granulated white sugar

    ½ teaspoon coarse salt

    1 pint vanilla ice cream

    1 pint Ben and Jerry's Phish Food ice cream

  • Roaring '20s Gin Fizz

    This cocktail is as delicious as it is beautiful. Your guests will feel as though they've stepped right into Jay Gatsby's not-so-humble abode. It's effervescent, citrusy, not too sweet, and refreshing as anything. Enjoy!

    6 ounces gin

    3 ounces lemon juice

    1 1/2 ounces simple syrup

    7 1/2 ounces champagne


    If you want to sugar rim your glass, this is the time to do it. Dip the top of the glass into lemon juice.. Then dip the rim of the glass into the garnish of your choice. We used edible gold sugar from the cake decorating section at the craft supply store.

    Pour the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Fill 2 highball glasses with ice and strain the liquid into each glass. Top with champagne and serve!

    It only takes three ingredients to make the perfect margarita: lime juice, simple syrup, and tequila. Add in a blue sugar and salt rim and a few drops of food coloring, and you'll have a crystal blue margarita that Breaking Bad fans around the country will be dying to make.

    4.5 ounces Silver tequila

    3 ounces Lime juice

    3 ounces Simple syrup

    Blue Food dye

    Extra tequila to rim the glasses

    Blue sanding sugar

    Kosher salt


    Fill a cocktail shaker ½ full with ice cubes. Measure in the tequila, fresh-squeezed lime juice, and simple syrup and shake well. Add a few drops of blue food coloring and shake lightly to combine.

    To rim the margarita glasses, start by pouring a thin layer of tequila on a plate. On a second plate, sprinkle equal amounts of blue sugar and kosher salt and mix to combine. Dip the rim of each glass first in the tequila and then in the sugar & salt mixture.

    To start, order an assortment of mini glass bottles online! Use a pin to poke a hole through the cork of the bottle. Then, take a small wire headpin and press it through the cork, folding over the excess at the bottom. Fill the bottle ⅔ the way full with water and then add your favorite glitter.
