Angelina Jolie, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Blake Lively: they've all got pretty great hair. Often, that's thanks to hairstylist Oribe-so we hit him up to learn the secrets behind the styling. "I think hair looks best when you embrace what you've got and work with your natural texture," he told us. With that in mind, here's his hair wisdom:
Short Hair: "It's important to find a style that has versatility and isn't too masculine. I like softer, short hair that still looks glamorous and feminine, like Scarlett Johansson in the D&G ads," he says. To style it: He suggests separating and defining the layers with a dry pomade like Oribe Rough Luxury.
Long Hair: This hair, which he defines as anywhere between 3 to 4 inches past the shoulders, looks best with layers that start at your chin. To style it: Try a volumizing product to add lift, and blow your hair out so it's sleek and shiny. Then the next day, try hot rollers for tousled waves.4 Easy Hair Ideas to Steal from Jennifer AnistonRead More »from Top Styling Tips for Every Hair Type
