  • Desperately Dating: Keep Your Fantasies Out of the Office!

He had wavy brown hair, ocean blue eyes, and sculpted arms... that was the beginning of the end of my relationship!

It was 5 o'clock on a gorgeous Friday afternoon and I was stuck inside the office at some ridiculously boring retirement party for Gladys, our receptionist. Of course, management picked this god-awful time to have the party. The reason: To ensure that we wouldn't miss an hour of our oh-so-important jobs of badgering people to enroll in colleges they cannot afford. I was going to fake a stomach ache and head out the door, but, because Gladys often supplied me with bags of Starbursts and gave me Bath and Body Works anti-bacterial gels for my birthday, I decided to stay out of respect. Besides, there was a totally hot new guy named Jorge who needed to be welcomed to the company, and I happily volunteered to sit next to him while Gladys's offered up pieces of her farewell marble sheet cake.

Jorge was one sexy specimen of a

  • Forget the Wine! Try Tasty Kosher Cocktails for Passover Instead!

During the Passover Seder, try something with vodka or gin--all kosher of course, to have with your meal.

If your mom is anything like mine, she'll drag out a dusty, million-years-old bottle of kosher wine for the Passover Seder. It doesn't so much as pour out of the bottle as it gently glug, glugs its way into your pristine crystal goblet. Oh and you really wanted to drink that... not.

This year surprise the family with very tasty cocktails that are actually kosher! Both Bulldog Ginand Crystal Head Vodka are OU certified. And if that doesn't win them over, mention that the cocktails have fruit in them. This way, you'll gently remind them, they'll be getting their daily dose of Vitamin C in each drink!

  • Does Anyone Else Find the "Fat Betty Francis” Twitter Problematic?

Betty Francis (January Jones) of Mad Men has gained a few pounds-as well as a Twitter account, "Fat Betty Francis." Does anyone else find this kind of disturbing?

    -Lucia Peters, BettyConfidential.com

    Fat Betty FrancisFat Betty Francis

When the fifth season of Mad Men premiered on March 25, there was one major question ricocheting around during the days following it: Where was Betty Francis? As played by January Jones, the former Mrs. Draper was strangely absent from the show's long-awaited return. But with this past week's episode, we got Betty back-and then some. As the wife of Henry Francis, she has, shall we say, put on a few. Much has been made of the extra padding the normally svelte January donned to play the role, as well as the fact that the weight gain was written in to work around the actress' pregnancy; but at the end of the day, what we have is a character who, simply put, got fat.

So of course, Fat Betty Francis now has her very own Twitter account. And in light of this development, I now

  • In Honor of Bette Davis' Birthday, Never-Before-Seen Photos of the Star

On what would have been Bette Davis' 104th birthday, LIFE magazine has published rare and never-before-seen photos of the star.

    Bette DavisBette Davis

Quick: What's your favorite Bette Davis movie? Is it Jezebel? Of Human Bondage? Now, Voyager? Perhaps her screen debut, The Bad Sister? Whatever your pick, there can be no denying one simple fact: Bette Davis was a star. Although she was a perfectionist who could sometimes be difficult to work with, during the '30s and '40s, she was one of film's most celebrated leading ladies for her intensity and the sheer force of her presence.

Sadly, Bette passed away in 1989 after being plagued by a variety of health problems, among them breast cancer and several strokes. She lived a long, full life, though, and today, on what would have been Bette's 104th birthday, we celebrate this siren of the silver screen. In honor of the occasion, LIFE magazine has published 14 never-before-seen photos of Bette from 1939.

  • Own 'The Hunger Games'' District 12! (Or, Just Visit It)

North Carolina's Henry River Mill Village, aka District 12 in The Hunger Games, is up for sale!... Or, y'know, you can just visit it on a Hunger Games tour.

    -Lucia Peters, BettyConfidential.com

    District 12District 12

It happened with The Lord of the Rings… it happened with Twilight… and now it's happened with The Hunger Games: Fans are flocking to the shooting locations of the hit film. I suppose it was inevitably; after all, New Zealand has become famous for its Lord of the Rings tours, and even though Twilight wasn't even SHOT in Forks Washington, the crowds have continued to come (does anyone else feel bad for the town's inhabitants?). For The Hunger Games, North Carolina is the destination, with the state playing home to the locations used for District 12, the Capitol, and (of course) the arena.

Naturally, the tourism industry is cashing in on the craze. According to the Associated Press, North Carolina's Division of Tourism has designed a four-day self-guided tour for Hunger Games fans which

When some celebrities have babies, they them so far under wraps that it's sometimes ages before us nosy Nellies in the general public get a peek (hello, Natalie Portman!). Others choose to reveal images of their wee little ones via the magazines… for a price (Brad and Angelina sold images of Shiloh to People for over $4.1 million; photographs of Jessica Alba and Cash Warren's older daughter, Honor Marie, went to OK! Magazine for $1.5 million; and so on and so forth). But why bother with the secrecy OR with the magazines when you've got something as wonderful as Twitter right at your fingertips?

This is apparently the school of thought to which new mom Hilary Duff subscribes, because yesterday, she Tweeted out a couple of pictures of her and hubby Mike Comrie's 2-week-old baby boy, Luca Cruz Comrie. Meet Luca, everyone!
