  • Jessica Simpson Finally Confirms She's Going To Be A "Mummy"

In the least shocking news to come out of Celebland today-no, we're not talking about Kim Kardashian's divorce or Heidi Klum's insanely creepy Halloween costume-Jessica Simpson has finally confirmed that she is expecting!

Thank goodness, because we were starting to feel really bad for the bride-to-be if her rapidly expanding belly did not have a baby inside it.

According to TooFab, Jessica took to Twitter today, posting the word, "ANNOUNCEMENT!" and a link to her official website. Clicking the link brought her followers to her new beauty website, (and you thought she wasn't going to sell her baby announcement after all? Ha!). Featured on the site is a photo of her in a mummy costume for Halloween, clutching her belly, with the headline, "It's true! I'm going to be a mummy."

    How creative, Jessica!

But at least the truth is finally out and we don't have to play the guessing game anymore. We're sure the 31-year-old's fiance, Eric Johnson, is happy to not

We've all done embarrassing things as we've stumbled our way through the single world. Whether it's forgetting the name of the guy you just slept with or drunk-texting your ex, no one's immune from making a fool out of themselves. But who knew that when it comes to dating and relationships, a little embarrassment can actually be a good thing?

A new study from the University of California-Berkeley found that both men and women who are easily embarrassed reported higher levels of monogamy, as well as were considered more trustworthy and generous (score!) The findings proved useful from a professional standpoint as well, as easily flustered people were seen as more cooperative and reliable team members and business partners. Tests repeatedly showed that "moderate embarrassment" signals a tendency to be "pro-social." People view these individuals as more relatable, and are more likely to want to affiliate with them.

"Embarrassment is one emotional signature of a person to whom

  • Why Hugh Jackman Is The Most Romantic Man In Hollywood

It had to be Hugh. Hugh Jackman, that is. Who else could tell you a story about proposing to his wife that makes you melt?

Wolverine didn't pounce when it came to the big moment. Rather, he had a strategy. First, he designed the ring he would give his future wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, and then kept it for six weeks before popping the question. Second, he turned the whole proposal into a major event... that went awry.

Hugh, 43, had a major romantic scene set up at the Botanical Gardens in New York City. "My friends set up a table inside the pagoda with a white tablecloth, roses, croissants and champagne," he says.

But, at 8:30 the next morning, he woke up to a torrential downpour-and the pogoda was outdoors! But, like the brave, determined man he is, Hugh weathered the storm and went through with his plan. "My friend called me and said, 'You gotta get here. The ducks are eating your croissants,'" he says.

The rest, as we know, is history. But we'll let the Real Steel

Let's hear it for the boy…and his girl.

Julianne Hough (pronounced Huff) might star in the remake of Footloose, but she is not footloose or fancy free. In fact, she has a significant other named Ryan Seacrest - you may have heard of him.

Ask her what it's like to have two Hollywood entities in one relationship and she insists that it works perfectly well. "It helps to be with someone in the business, but we're not just about the business," says the former Dancing with the Stars cast member. "For me and my personality, I do well when my significant other has the same drive and ambition. I love that he understands my world," she says.

We caught up with Julianne to find out more about her "world," including her relationship with Ryan, dancing her butt off for that hot body and what it feels like to remake such a classic 80s dance movie.

  • Are High Heels Highly Orgasmic?

Alright, it's time to get on my soapbox about the health dangers of high heels, as I already did earlier this year. Citing no real scientific basis for his statements, iconic shoe designer Christian Louboutin recently said: "What is sexual in a high heel is the arch of the foot, because it is exactly the position of a woman's foot when she orgasms." A "female French academic" told him this, which clearly means it's true. (Who trusts the French, anyway?) Sorry, Mr. Louboutin, your shoes are cute, and I wish I could afford them, but I don't buy into your theory.

Apparently by "putting your foot in a heel, you are putting yourself in a possibly orgasmic situation." Oh, really? You're not just running a clever PR campaign to sell more overpriced shoes? Well, everyone should be so lucky as to have orgasmic experiences from high heels. Okay, I'm going to assume Louboutin doesn't actually think high heels cause orgasms, because that would just be loopy, but that he's saying they

  • Men Take Brunettes More Seriously, Find Blondes Needy

There are some truths to the age-old adage, "blondes have more fun." Studies have shown that the lighter-haired women of the world are often rated as more attractive, younger and healthier-looking than brunettes. Blondes also tend to earn more money and marry richer.

For the 90 percent of the world's population who qualify as brunette, this may seem like bad news. But before you go reaching for the hair dye (or bleach), take note of this new study.

While blondes may have more fun, brunettes are taken more seriously. At least according to a study published in the Scandinavian Journal of Psychology. For the study, a fair-skinned woman visited three different nightclubs on three different nights-one as a brunette, one as a blonde and one as a redhead. To keep her looking natural, her hair was dyed by a professional.

More men approached the woman when her locks were dyed blonde, which may seem like the lighter shade is the ultimate winner. But further investigation may give
