There's no reason to sit this one out with Hungry Girl's guilt-free tailgating picks. Game on!

    THE MAIN EVENT: Mealtime Must-Haves

    Boca Original Vegan Meatless Burgers

Just because a burger is meat-free doesn't mean it has to taste like it came from the ground. These patties are hearty and the stats are incredibly impressive -- only 70 calories and half a gram of fat each! Plus, they've got protein (just like meat patties) and the added bonus of fiber. Slap one on the grill for that authentic tailgate taste. While patties made from extra-lean ground beef are also a great pick, we recommend picking up a box of these. Find 'em in the freezer aisle of your supermarket.

  • 5 tips to get your pasta fix without blowing your calorie budget

Pasta lovers, unite! Despite what you might think, pasta is not off-limits if you're watching your weight. Read on for guilt-free tips and picks to keep you on track, courtesy of Hungry Girl.

    Veggie-rific Pasta Swaps

Broccoli cole slaw, which comes pre-shredded and bagged in the produce section, might not seem like an obvious pasta swap at first glance. But when cooked until soft (in the microwave or on the stove) and tossed with low-fat marinara sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and reduced-fat Parmesan topping, you've got a delicious, pasta-like light meal or filling snack. The best part about this pasta swap? You can eat a GIANT bowl for hardly any calories. For Asian noodle dishes, swap in stir-fried bean sprouts.

  • Better-For-You Foods You're Probably Not Eating (But Should Be)!

Never heard of these foods? Scared to try 'em? Don't be -- they're GREAT! Get the lowdown on these no-guilt finds, courtesy of Hungry Girl...

    Lavash Bread

If you're unfamiliar with this stuff, you're not alone. Lavash is a soft, thin Middle Eastern flatbread typically found in the bakery section or ethnic foods aisle of the supermarket. When cut into squares and baked in a 425-degree oven for a few minutes, it becomes an amazing chip swap. Our favorite thing to dip the chips in? Salsa mixed with fat-free plain Greek yogurt... creamy with a kick! Just remember to check the stats. The large ones should have about 100 calories, and the super-large ones should have about 200 calories. A serving is typically half of one, so read those nutrition labels carefully.

    Soyrizo

Chorizo, the spicy Spanish/Mexican sausage, is loaded with fat and calories -- about 250 calories and 20 grams of fat

    Guy Fieri Sauces and Salsas

    PER SERVING (2 tbsp.): 10 - 40 calories, 0 - 1g fat, 80 - 380mg sodium, 2 - 10g carbs, 0- 1g fiber, 1 - 9g sugars, 0g protein

Yes, we're calling out an entire line of products because, well, the full lineup is pretty amazing! The salsas are really chunky and packed with flavor -- our favorite is the Old Skool Original. And the Kansas City and Bourbon Brown Sugar barbecue sauces are perfect for summer grilling -- just the right blend of flavors. Go, Guy! These are OFF DA HOOOOOK!!!

    Hellmann's/Best Foods Dijonnaise

PER SERVING (1 tsp.): 5 calories, 0g fat, 70mg sodium,

Just like the name implies, it's Dijon mustard blended with mayonnaise, giving you Dijon flavor with a little less bite than regular mustard. And it's super-creamy. But the best part is that it has just 5 fat-free calories per teaspoon, so go wild with this stuff! To

  • 4 Healthy, Practically-Instant Breakfast Ideas

We know you're busy. But that's no excuse for skipping the most important meal of the day. Check out these easy b-fast ideas, courtesy of Hungry Girl...

    Egg-Mug Mania

All you need is a large coffee mug, nonstick spray, a few simple ingredients, and a microwave, and you can have a hearty breakfast for one. First spray your mug so your breakfast doesn't stick to it. (You'll want every last bite!) Then add 1/2 cup of fat-free liquid egg substitute, like Egg Beaters Original -- no messy egg-cracking involved! Microwave for about a minute and stir. Add your guilt-free goodies of choice -- we like light cheese wedges (like the kinds by The Laughing Cow), chopped extra-lean deli meats, precooked real crumbled bacon, and even hot sauce. Microwave for another 45 seconds to a minute, until just set, and you're good to go. If you're heading out the door, try stuffing the contents of your mug into a high-fiber pita. So delicious and portable!

Cereal: Cap'n Crunch vs. Kashi Honey Sunshine

Sure, Cap'n Crunch doesn't appear to be super-sugary. But looks can be deceiving -- 12 grams of sugar per serving is actually pretty high for kids' cereals these days. A much better option is Kashi's Honey Sunshine cereal. Each 3/4-cup serving has HALF the sugar and packs a nice amount of fiber (5 grams) and protein (2 grams). Not to mention, it's all-natural and features seven whole grains. And the taste is very similar to Cap'n Crunch. Go, Kashi!

Fruit Drinks: SunnyD Tangy Original vs. Capri Sun Roarin' Waters

SunnyD is just a juice drink -- how bad could it be? While it's a better pick than most regular sodas, every 8-oz. serving contains a whopping 14 grams of sugar! You're WAY better off buying Capri Sun Roarin'

  • The Easiest Guilt-Free Office Lunches!

In a rush at lunchtime? Don't let hunger take over and lead you to the drive-thru. Check out Hungry Girl's easy lunch ideas -- all guilt-free, of course!

    Some-Assembly-Required Sandwiches

Tired of soggy sandwiches? The secret is to keep the filling in a separate container and then assemble your sandwich at lunch. Instead of going with a tuna salad sandwich, try switching things up a bit with salmon salad. Just mix 3 oz. of pouched boneless skinless pink salmon with some Hellmann's/Best Foods Dijonnaise (a mayo-mustard combo), and stuff it in a high-fiber pita. You can also add some lemon juice, quartered grape tomatoes, chopped cucumber, red onion, and salt and pepper. If salmon's not your thing, mix 2.5 oz. of albacore tuna (packed in water, and then drained) with 3 tbsp. of salsa, and spread it on two large rice cakes. So delicious and totally guilt-free!

Summer is the season of freezy-cool drinks. But so many of them pack in WAY too many sugary calories. So stock up on the ingredients below, courtesy of Hungry Girl, and make your own guilt-free versions! No laziness allowed...

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or Light Vanilla Soymilk

These days, fat-free dairy milk is not your best bet for guilt-free shakes... especially when you can get creamier, flavored milk for less than half the calories! Our favorite is Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze (known as UVAB around here). It has just 40 calories per cup and is extremely delicious! And we appreciate the fact that you can find it in shelf-stable boxes. With 70 calories per cup, light vanilla soymilk is another great option and can be used interchangeably with UVAB in recipes. Take your pick...

    No-Sugar-Added Frozen Fruit
