Drybar Skinnygirl Ponytail on Taylor Swift
When Alli Webb, the founder of of the national salon chain, Drybar, met Real Housewife-turned-entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel, it was friendship at first sight (they bonded over being mothers and career gals). Now, they've joined forces to create a holiday 'do that will be offered exclusively at Drybar: The Skinnygirl ponytail. This style mimics the Skinnygirl logo, which is an illustration of a chick wearing a perky pony. "Bethenny and I both empower women," says Webb. For years, we avid consumers of media have feasted upon your offerings of the beautiful people. Countless photos of an ageless Madonna, a svelte Tyra Banks, a flawless J. Lo have seeped into our collective consciousness and done a major number on our self-esteem.
You've been chided in the past for brushing and tweaking images of genetically blessed, bronzed, Amazonian models to levels of ridiculous perfection -- but did that stop you? Ha.
You put stars' heads onto other people's bodies, whittle away at waistlines, re-position hands and legs to near contortionist proportions all the while hiding behind the claim that it's "art" and that people want to see "perfect images."Read More »from Would You Support a Ban on Photoshopped Images?

JWoww is not the first of her MTV costars with a namesake perfume! Sammi Giancola has her own fragrance called Dangerous and is currently working on a follow up perfume and a men's cologne. Meanwhile, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi recently debuted her signature scent on HSN. It sold out almost instantly. Baby Lips by Maybelline of New York is a repairing lip balm that offers a nice tint or clear finish. Although I never use lip balms, I must say I loved this product. I would say it is a lip balm breakthrough in offering cell regeneration of the lips thus making lips more smooth and supple.
After the first application my lips felt smooth and silky and didn't give that greasy feel like some balms do. I tried Cherry Me and the color was nice and the smell fantastic. The lip balms come in four tints (Cherry Me, Pink Punch, Grape Vine, Peach Kiss) and two clear (Quenched, Peppermint).
Maybelline Baby Lips
Maybelline indicated that this product has been clinically tested and the results after 4 weeks of use were:
94% less rough lips
82% better moisturized look
77% more supple
I must say that I am inclined to agree.
The product also boasts a 20 SPF and has natural ingredients such as natural shea butter and aloe, and power anti-oxidants, vitamins and a CentellRead More »from A Break Through in Lip Balms - Baby Lips by Maybelline

My first thought was, "When did I start following Evan Rachel Wood?" And actually, I don't: It was re-tweeted by a lot of people I follow, which is what got my attention. My second was, "She might have a point." Because seriously, have straight men actually expressed a negative opinion about Michelle Williams's awesome haircut-to her face? I know men are supposed to love long hair, but I can't imagine anyone thinking her pixie cut is anything less than adorable. And if she has friends or boyfriends who have said such a thing, she should, as Wood suggested, stop hanging out with them immediately.
