Ali and John discuss the 12-year-old girl who's suing her parents for negligence after she was in a drunk driving car accident - with her mom behind the wheel - that killed her sister and friend. Ali's not sure whether this is a legitimate lawsuit being made by a grieving girl or whether someone got ahold of the girl and told her there's money to be made.
