Daily Shot: Ali's Parenting Rules!

After she's asked what it's like to be a role model for moms, Ali puts her own parenting "rules" under the microscope. Admitting she can be unconventional, she confesses she lets her 10-year-old daughter watch the not-quite-for-the-kiddies primetime soap Revenge. It's "horrible parenting," she says but adds she knows what her kids can - and can't - handle.

What parenting rules do you break? Weigh in with a comment below.

More can't-miss moments: Ali talks the American Beverage Association and some NYC restaurants, who are suing the city over Mayor Bloomberg's new law banning sodas over 16 ounces; BMW and USC, who are creating a smart mini cooper named Nigel that has over 200 sensors that will act as the driver's doctor and check their health and vitals; and outrageous handbags, like Chanel's hula hoop bag and Tom Ford's skunk clutch.
