Daily Shot: What Have We Learned from Gabrielle Giffords?

Ali and John discuss former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords who confronted the schizophrenic man who shot her in the face, leaving her partially blind and paralyzed in one arm. Gabrielle and her husband decided this was the last step they needed to take in order to move on and not carry the burden of this man's actions around with them the rest of their lives.

Would you be able to handle coming face-to-face with somebody who tried to kill you? Tell us in the comments.

More can't-miss moments: Ali talks a Kenyan woman who named her twins Barack Obama and Mitt Romney; the New York Museum of Arts and Design, which is planning their first-ever scent exhibit; and a 9-year-old Ukrainian boy who stole $4,000 from his parents to buy candy.
