If You Didn’t Think You Could Rock Out to Bagpipes, Think Again

Bagpipes may not be the first thing you imagine when you think of a fist-pumping rock show, but the Red Hot Chilli Pipers can change that opinion in no time.

This UK group calls its music "bagrock," based on their fusion of bagpipes mixed with an upbeat, modern sound. They've toured all over the world, and recently covered electronic artist Avicii's "Wake Me Up" in Glasgow to promote the launch of Radio 1's Big Weekend.

They also performed their take on C + C Music Factory's "Gonna Make You Sweat" (aka "Everybody Dance Now"), which will make you want to throw on a kilt, grab a haggis-infused cocktail and hit the dance floor.
