The Grizzlies may have lost to the Thunder in their latest match-up, but Memphis forward Zach Randolph won us all over with his kindness. Spotting a special needs fan on the sidelines Wednesday night, the athlete decided to literally give him the shirt off his back. Randolph spoke with the excited child briefly before taking off his warm-up tee and handing it to him.

The sweet gesture is only the latest in Randolph's series of good deeds. Earlier in the day, he was awarded the November Kia Community Assist Award in recognition of his charitable efforts and contributions in the community.

"I love to give back to kids in need and from single-parent homes because I was one of those kids growing up, so I feel as though I can relate," Randolph told NBA.com. "It's a blessing for me to be able to help someone else."
