FRANK SAYS: For this cool look, first pull your hair into a high ponytail and then fluff up the fullness by teasing and back combing your hair. Finally, coil the tail around the base of your pony to create the bun.
Charlotte
Pretty and poised, Charlotte's luxurious, touchable curls look gorgeous. We love how they complement the rosette ruffle on her blouse. It's the kind of hair that'll get you what you want.
