Lancome Definicils, $24.50: This is a favorite of mine for many reasons. It lengthens and separates your lashes really well, coats each lash evenly and it's not clumpy at all - so adding a few extra layers for drama is easy.
Tip: Apply the mascara to the top side and under-side of your lashes so they're coated fully, sweeping the wand directly outward in 45-degree angle.
