We're loving non-complicated hair at the moment, so we almost swooned when we saw AnnaLynne McCord's hair, above. It appears that she has extensions in, but the look would work on anyone with long hair. Here's how to get it:

Go straight back. Getting rid of your part can freshen up your style.

Rake it right. Here's the real key to this style: Rather than making it superpolished by using a brush, pull your hair back with your fingers. It will look just slightly imperfect and mussed.

Secure. With such a minimalistic look, we're fans of two ways of securing hair-a clear elastic, or something with a little flare, like Emi Jay colored fabric elastics.

Set. To stop little fuzzies appearing at the hairline, spritz the hair lightly with hairspray and pat them down.
