Body-Baring Celeb Fashions at the 2013 VMAs

Getty ImagesGetty Images Well, the VMA's certainly delivered the crazy this year, right? And while we could spend the next few hours discussing Miley (anyone talk to Paula Patton lately?), *NSYNC's 110-second workout, and Taylor Swift's sassy tongue, we've got to acknowledge the serious showing of sick, fit bodies at the awards show. Between exposed midriffs, perky boobs and legs that go on for days, well, we could go on for days about the fit bods, too.

There was no shortage of abs -- easily the most covetable (and most shown!) body part of the night. (Maybe that's cause we told 'em in March how to pull off the look?) Our faves, the recently-cropped Shailene Woodley and Glee's Naya Rivera taught us it only takes a sliver of skin to look oh-so-sexy. (Miley, take a hint?) But two were not alone in rockin' the crop -- Lady Gaga, Jennifer Hudson, and Katy Perry all showed off some fierce abs on the carpet or on the stage as well.

[PS: We, too, were pretty psyched about the *NSYNC reunion. But we're even more psyched there were no (fl)abs exposed (cough..Chris Kirkpatrick...coughcough).]

There was no shortage of cleavage either, but our busty accolade of the night goes to Selena Gomez, who subtly flashed some right boob in a midnight blue Atelier Versace gown. We love it. And you've got to have the bust to rock it. We know you're not all 21, so try these 8 moves to perk up your boobs if you're planning on rocking Versace anytime soon, too.

And boy were there legs. For like, days. We spotted high slits on the likes of Ellie Goulding and Katy Perry, but we couldn't take our eyes off of Ciara. A tad too glitzy? Maybe. Lots of skin showing? Definitely. But we're pretty envious of those stems. Give our killer leg workout a try, then show all your hard work in fall's new hemlines to get a taste of what C's working.

Who was your favorite fit star of the night?
