Could You Be Fired for Being Too Hot?

Check out this article

about a Citibank employee who was allegedly fired for being "too distracting" to her male co-workers (that's her on the right, not sure if that's how she dressed at work though). Of course the case is complicated, you could argue that she could have worn less fitted clothes -- although she did say she tried to look less attractive by skipping makeup and not straightening her hair, but then she was told she looked "sickly" and shouldn't come into work like that.

But her story raises an interesting question: should you make yourself less attractive at work? I'm all for looking professional (check out this guide to look hirable at a job interview), but beyond that, should a woman have to uglify herself if she's hot? Can't guys keep it together enough to work with an attractive woman?

What do you think? Should she have opted for a look like this to keep her job? Or should her bosses have left her alone?
