Rumors have been flying around that there's a tape of 17-year-old Miley Cyrus giving a lap dance to a (gay, 44-year-old) movie producer.

So we have to ask, is the formerly sweet and innocent Miley Cyrus (see her in her less stripper-like days here) on her way to becoming the next Lindsay Lohan? Or is everyone over reacting?
