Are you sick of looking like a drowned rat after getting caught in the rain? Style experts Kerri Winick and Andrea Krivelow of Celebutante Sisters turned to the pros to help us all keep a fresh face:
When the rain starts to fall and the harsh winds blow, your perfect party look can fall flat within minutes. Unlike our favorite starlets, most of us don't have a team of professional hairdressers, makeup artists and stylists on speed dial. Have no fear! Celebrity makeup artist Christopher Drummond has tips on how to weather a storm…and still look red carpet ready!
1. If it is raining the day of a special event or "big night out", stay away from liquid foundation, which has a tendency to "melt" and not last as long.
2. Add a little more makeup than you normally would for all products to prepare for the fact that some makeup will come off due to bad weather.
3. Be sure to add layers to your foundation.
4. Use water resistant products.
