Get Dressed Up for the Holidays with Madison Plus
Even though you might still be on turkey overload from last week, the holidays are around the corner. That means getting your holiday shopping finished (or started, like me! :)) and getting glammed up for the holiday festivities! I like any excuse to get dressed up and since coming out of my strictly tonboy phase in life, I can really appreciate a great dress. I fell in love with their dresses since I learned about them last year and having the chance to put one on, I'm borderline obsessed! Because the super soft material has a good amount of stretch, it hugs my hips right where they need to, while draping beautifully in the front. The heart neckline is super sexy without having my "girls" spilling out of them. I wore the jeweled necklace and chandelier earrings to give the outfit a bling factor without looking overdone. The length is perfect for me, showing just enough leg that is very appropriate for this just-turned-30 girl! The beaded belt definitely took the dress up a notch, with gorgeous detail that make it holiday ready. To keep the glitter party going, I wore my black, sparkly pumps and I was good to go!

Velour Dress by Anna Scholz
Anna Scholz is a new brand to me and I must say, I was very pleased for this dress. The velour material is beautiful and perfect for the Winter Season. The dress keeps you very warm which is a plus if you live in a place with a colder climate (I live in down South so this wouldn't work for down here!). When I put it on, I immediately got a vintage glam kind of vibe from it. It could be from the embroidered trim on the side of it, that totally makes the dress for me! So I went for my black flower clip, dark tights, pearl accessories, and (once again!) my glitter pumps. The dress wraps around my waist very nicely, though if you have a tummy, you may want to wear a girdle underneath.
