We don't know where this video has been hiding for five months (it's from Halloween), but we are seriously glad it's out in the world now.

Thanks to a BBC program called three, we get to meet Sean, the grown man who has super glued a tiny sequined hat to his head. Rather than rip his own skin off, Sean swallows his pride and heads to the ER for professional medical help.

Though he looks fabulous with the mini top hat perched ever-so-daintily on his cranium, he also pretty much validates every fear our parents ever had about letting us near adhesives without supervision.
