Fashion that makes us sad: Mankinis

Remember that horrible green thong bikini thing Sacha Baron Cohen wore as Borat? And when John Mayer wore it as a joke? Well, we have some terrifying news to report: Mankinis are becoming mainstream! Kind of.

Designers like Alexander McQueen and Georgio Armani sent one-piece mankinis down the runway for their Spring 2011 collections, and one blog found tons of creepy and disgusting mankinis online. That last link is probably NSFW (hairy butt cheek alert!) and may scar you for life.

Between mankinis, man Spanx, meggings (man leggings) is it really that hard for guys to, you know, just dress like guys?! We may borrow men's clothing from time to time, but we don't want them borrowing ours.
