The Good Wife Fashion Details: Season 4, Episode 2
The Good Wife costume designer Daniel Lawson gave InStyle.com the exclusive inside scoop about what Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies) and Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) wore on last night's new episode. "This week, it was really about de-extreming and rebuilding the looks," Lawson said. "You want these women to be as fashion-forward as they can be, but we don't want to be extreme." To achieve this balancing act, he customized each piece that landed on screen, taking out some of the ruffles of the navy Armani jacket, for instance, and hemming the tails on the skirt and jacket of this burgundy Altuzarra suit.
