Whether it's the results of stress-free livin', good genes or Botox injections, many gentlemen from Hollywood and business are looking far younger than their real age. On the contrary, we're also seeing men - be it from too many late nights at the club or in the boardroom - aging far too quickly. Not to be sexist, it isn't just men who are deceiving their time clocks; many well-known women are looking far from their real age, too, making us wonder: Does "age" really matter? Or is it just a number?

Billy Bob Thornton, with his leather coat and black shades, is not convincing us that he's a young hipster. Thornton, at 54 years old, looks at least his age … plus a decade.
