A report on employee health issued this week by the Families and Work Institute, a non-profit research group, found that few working people work out a lot. Most people exercised occasionally, but nearly a quarter reported that they hadn't even exercised once in the past 30 days. Sixty-two percent of employed people, meanwhile, are overweight or obese (and a lot are stressed, depressed, and sleep-deprived, too.)

"As employees, it behooves us to look closely at the extent to which our jobs contribute to our personal well being," the report concluded. Do you think your job keeps you from getting to the gym-or would you struggle no matter what?
