Justin Bieber and Zach Galifinakis After a year or so of gratuitous shirtlessness, drug rumors, and all-around questionable behavior, hair-slicked pop deity Justin Bieber has finally submitted to a round of intense questioning. The questioning, however, does not come from a legitimate journalist per se, but from Zach Galifianakis. "It's really exciting to talk to you," Galifianakis tells Bieber in a new installment of the Funny or Die series "Between Two Ferns," "especially right in the middle of your public meltdown."
