Justin Bieber's been releasing new songs for the last four weeks as part of his #MusicMondays series, and a major theme has emerged: Dude is heartbroken. But! On the bright side, he's getting over his lost love, one track at a time. This week's release, "Bad Day," is no exception, though unlike the previous weeks' slow jams, today's song is an acoustic ballad that really shows off Biebs' killer vocals. Broken hearts suck, but the guy sure can sing.

You should give the whole thing a listen, obviously, but you also can't miss the Instagram video selfie (are video selfies a thing?) that shows him singing a verse with zero background music. Talent, guys. Serious talent.
