Last night, Prince William and his stunning wife, Kate Middleton AKA the Duchess of Cambridge went to the exclusive Thirty Dinner held at the oh so very, very posh Claridge Hotel in London. While Prince William was the speaker for this gathering of top advertising execs, all eyes were on Kate.

She wore a simply cut, classically stunning cream Lombarde Roland Mouret gown. The gown had a rather high slit, so there was a ton of ahem, leg interest!

On Kate's feet were Jimmy Choo Vamp glitter finish sandals and a simple gold clutch to add some sparkly dash to the gown. If Kate's outfit may seem a bit more "princess-glam" could it be a reaction to the attack she got from shoe designer Nicholas Kirkwood? He told The Daily Beast, "She just wears too much High Street stuff. I know she's trying to be democratic, but I don't know how many pairs of LK Bennett you can wear. She does occasionally come out and is wearing McQueen or something like that. It's like, 'Do that more! You're meant to be a princess-y type of person, so act like one!'"

Somehow we don't think she'll be wearing UK designer Kirkwood's shoes in the near future. If you do want the shoes, they were on sale for $360 at Net-A-Porter, but they're sold out. The are available from the designer for $795. You can pick up the same nail polish she wore, Essie's Bold and Beautiful for only $8.
