Word on the street says Kate Middleton's style might get a little quirkier sometime soon, but right now she's smiling happy in her royally chic comfort zone. How, you ask? The Duchess of Cambridge pulled another repeat of one of her favorite pieces earlier today and nailed it, per usual.

Joining hubby Prince William in London, Kate looked lovely in a poppy coat worn especially for--wait for it--Poppy Day (the U.K.'s Remembrance Day memorial holiday, which is Sunday). Kate actually wore the appropriately hued L.K. Bennett number back in 2011, but styled with a flashier wide crocodile belt. (Go Kate with your easy, inventive styling tricks!) For today's outing, she opted for the waist-cincher that matches the jacket.

And fun fact: She took public transportation to the event!

Sigh. Kate's hair just looks amazing, too.

All this fun just makes us want to shop out a poppy-red coat (because we're so obsessed with gorgeous outerwear right now). And just in case you're feeling the same, check out these 10 options.

Do you like Kate's coat? Would you wear it with a different belt? And how cute is the royal couple on the bus?! (Although, I personally love sitting on the top level of a red double-decker.)
