While some are still speculating about whether Kate Middleton is pregnant (since when does holding a clutch in front of your stomach mean you're with child?) we're more obsessed with her affordable fashion choices.

The Duchess of Cambridge could have worn any designer gown to Gary Barlow's concert in support of The Prince's Trust and The Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry. But instead Middleton opted for an adorable lace print dress that cost just $99. We identified the dress as Zara's Lace Tulip dress, and it's currently still available in stores and online.

Middleton paired hers with a thick black belt, black jacket and black suede pumps, but we think it would look equally chic with a cardigan, opaque tights and flats at the office. Lace print is very on-trend and supposedly the princess-to-be sells a dress a minute, so grab one quick before they all sell out!
