Katy Perry was definitely channeling her sexy new fragrance, 'Purr', when she turned up in Mexico City looking practically bare in a plunging purple dress on Feb. 5 -- in fact, the cleavage was so massive the dress even had a sheer panel, keeping the star in place! Without the extra support, I'm sure Katy would've wound up showing off a lot more than her new perfume!
