The pop artist turned up in Japan's Narita International Airport, where she will perform at the MTV Japan Video Music Awards on Saturday, sporting head-to-toe green - literally. From her minty locks and green Valentino leather coat to her Christian Louboutin heels, Mother Monster took this season's monochrome dressing to the next level.
