Lela Rose Teams Up with Footwear Designer Jerome Rousseau on a Line of High-Shine Shoes

Lela Rose debuted her fall 2014 collection this weekend, and while we were captivated by the gorgeous designs that walked the runway (see the pretty feathered confection shown), we couldn't help but notice the glittering shoes that accessorized her sophisticated yet whimsy line. This season she teamed up with footwear designer Jerome Rousseau to create heels and booties to accompany her pretty dresses and ladylike separates. "Jerome's designs have this feminine and whimsical detail to them that really compliments my aesthetic," says Rose.

For their partnership, Rousseau revamped his classic pump, taking the iconic look and adding a bit of pizzaz in the form of high-shine sparkle. "There is a great play of color, material, and attention to detail in this collection which is also important," says Rousseau. "This made collaborating with Lela extremely seamless and fun."
