Marie Claire airbrushes years off SJP’s hands

We're beginning to think that anyone who wears Balmain on a magazine cover is cursed. Last December Demi Moore wore a similar gold outfit on the cover on W magazine, and there was a major controversy over whether our not her body was airbrushed or downright stolen from a model. Now Sarah Jessica Parker has donned the golden threads on the May cover of Marie Claire to promote the new "Sex and the City" movie, and she experienced a similar bout of suspicious retouching.

Sure, at this point we should expect that all mags are airbrushing their cover models unless otherwise noted. But why did Marie Claire replace Sarah Jessica's realistic (though really veiny) hands with those of a 12-year-old? Surely her real hands may not look ideal, but on a 45-year-old actress the fake ones are pretty freakish. [Jezebel]
