A weird phenomenon occurs when women work together in the same environment every day. No, we don't mean our periods syncing up, though that's true too. Ladies begin to dress alike. Perhaps you liked your assistant's skirt and subconsciously bought a similar one. Possibly you saw your boss wear a gorgeous red cashmere sweater and somewhere deep in your fashionable brain decided you'd start wearing red too. Maybe you and a coworker hit up Nine West after work and both bought the same pair of flats. We're not sure of all the reasons how or why this occurs, but before you know it you're having a Doublemint gum twins moment while walking to the copy machine. Now a new blog is documenting fashion twins and triplets in the work place.

"Did You Get The Memo?" was started by Morris + King Company, a New York City PR firm after account supervisors Katie Smith-Adair and Jen Moses noticed an abundance of similarly dressed coworkers. They take photos to document the fashion faux pas that occur within their firm-sometimes it's the publicists themselves, and occasionally it's the clients or people who are passing through their office.

If you feel like joining in the fun, document your matchy-matchy looks and email your photos to getthememotips@gmail.com. They're openly accepting submissions.

Have you ever noticed this phenomenon? How often have you wore the same outfit as a coworker, your sister, or even your boyfriend?
