It was "bring your adorable kids (and hunky husband) to work day" at the Victoria Beckham runway show at New York Fashion Week on Sunday. And thank you, Victoria, for sharing those amazing photos of the Beckham fam sitting front row (HARPER!), by the way. The designer and working mom impressed with a devastatingly elegant and ladylike collection for fall--and nailed it in a midi-length shift dress at the conclusion of her show.

We're loving the not-quite-a-maxi length that's dominating the runways for the fall (more on that in a bit), and the demure hemline makes for another fantastic office-outfit option. You could play with shape and silhouettes to fit your preferences and body type, plus there are so many options to accessorize with jewelry, layers, and different types of heels. Victoria, of course, opted for her signature black pumps.
