Olivia Wilde has a lot of reasons to be glowing this year: She's engaged to Jason Sudeikis, is expecting a baby, has four films on the horizon, and now she's the face of Revlon's new Age Defying Makeup. But as she tells us, it really all comes down to water, diligent moisturizing, and a good Pilates session. We sat down with the (hardly aging) 29-year-old to find out her other beauty secrets.

You're the face of Revlon's new anti-aging makeup line. Did anyone warn you about what to expect as you get older?
"Young people always go after their acne like crazy and we destroy ourselves and have scars. I wish someone had told me to be really careful with my skin. My mom tried. She was always honest about SPF, moisturizing, and not doing too much to it. You realize later that all you want is to get that 10-year-old-girl skin back."

What do you like about aging?
"Getting older is the process of understanding what makes you the best version of you now. None of us would want to be 21 again--that would be awful!"

Was there anything you're glad you did when you were younger?
"I did everything wrong, and I'm paying for it now. But it's never too late to start taking care of yourself. Once you do, you realize you're going to have the skin you have for the rest of your life, and the eyebrows--or whatever is left of them--for the rest of your life, too."

What's the first thing you put on in the morning and the last thing you put on at night?
"Moisturizer. I'm adamant about it. I really like the Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Cream. [Makeup artist] Gucci Westman turned me on to that. She slathers it on, and I thought, God that feels good. Especially if you keep it in the fridge."

What's the most unusual item in your makeup bag?
"Black tea bags! When I'm traveling, I always get bags under my eyes. I steep them and make them cold and put them under my eyes."

Are there any products you steal from your fiancé's side of the bathroom?

"Kiehl's Shave Cream. What else? The Mario Badescu Spot Treatment. I'm always taking that. I'm like, 'You don't need it.'"

Are there any products he doesn't like on you?
"Men have this thing about lipstick. I love putting on a deep red lipstick. You feel like such a woman, like Katharine Hepburn. And guys are like, 'Yeesh! What am I supposed to do with your face now? I can't kiss you!'"

What's your favorite beauty treatment? "Massages. The deepest, most painful massage possible. I don't do a lot of spa-ing. Often people think they need a massage and really they just need water and to relax and to do some Pilates. For me, self love and self care is about doing something active."
