Prince William Told Kate Middleton She Looked like a Banana in This Dress

As the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their wee Bundle of Joy of Cambridge departed New Zealand and arrived in Sydney this morning, an obligatory wardrobe change was in order. Their first stop in Australia on Wednesday was Sydney's Opera House, which, for Kate Middleton, lent itself to a sherbet yellow dress with white paneling, custom-made by Roksanda Ilincic.

We dig the structured knee-length piece, but Prince William seemed to have other opinions. As the Duchess allegedly told a lady in the crowd: "William said I look like a banana." It's worth noting that this comes shortly after she wore an emerald green Erdem coat in New Zealand, about which she said: "I like it, but William thinks it is a bit bright."

Well, if we had dime for each time we wore something stylish that our male friends didn't enjoy, we'd have enough dimes to buy that Erdem coat for ourselves. Rock on, Duchess!
