She showed up in a navy ruffled crop top and culotte shorts (though at first glance it looks like a skirt) by J.W. Anderson that prompted a serious debate in the office. While I view this flirty number as a welcome change to Rooney's typical black, white, or gray red-carpet looks, others were not impressed. Brian Atwood sandals served as the star's only accessory, which is probably why there was something left to be desired. True to form, Rooney opted for minimalist makeup and an architectural bun.
