Sesame Street teaches girls to love their natural hair

When I was a little kid, all the girls in my class had shiny, straight hair. I had thick, oversized curls that I felt were not as pretty. No matter how many adults told me they loved my hair, I just wanted straight hair like the other kids. Finally "Sesame Street" has made the perfect video showing young ladies--specifically girls of different ethnicities--to be happy with the hair they've been naturally blessed with. What an important lesson. Bravo!
