It's no secret that Miley Cyrus and Marc Jacobs have a longstanding relationship: Miley wore a fishnet gown by the designer to last year's Met Ball, posed nude for a charitable tee for Marc's brand and even presented the design icon with an award at the Fashion Group International's Night of Stars this past October (in a sequined slip dress from MJ's label, no less). It's also a well-known fact that Marc likes casting his celebrity pals in his advertising campaigns-Victoria Beckham, Sofia Coppola and Dakota Fanning have all posed for him in the past.

So when you think about it, Miley actually makes a whole lot of sense as the face of Marc's Spring 2014 campaign. Our friends at Nylon just broke the story and shared the above image from a February fashion magazine, which features the "Wrecking Ball" singer lounging on a post-apocalyptic beach that matches the set of Marc's spring runway show. She wears one of the tasseled-jacket-and-Bermuda-shorts combos that opened the show-but in place of the models' freaky bowl cuts is her own famous slicked-back crop.
