It sounds like a set up for something, doesn't it? Three Victoria's Secret models walk into a swimwear launch party, all with different looks going on. And yet they all used on particular eye makeup trick...

Notice that all three ladies have eyeliner on their inner rims all the way around-even in the inner corners. It's a old-school move, but, hey, it's stuck around for a reason. A ring of black eyeliner makes for sexy, smoldering eyes. All you do is line your top lids as usual and then gently tug down on your lower lid and trace the inner rim.
