Who is this mystery woman and who designed her bright-ass bag? That would be Fab fave Anne Hathaway on the streets of NYC and Chanel. Double trouble. Anne was obviously in a dress-down mood - black leggings, cute flats, a simple striped top - but behold a gorgeous, plush turquoise Chanel.
