This December, New Yorkers might notice something missing in the Christmas air. Come December 2, the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show will be held not in its usual Lexington Armory space but rather in London's Earl's Court.

At the lingerie line's Bond Street store this morning, model Adriana Lima announced, "The Victoria's Secret fashion show is the biggest fashion event in the world. We are very proud and honored to announce that we're headed to London this year." She was joined by fellow V.S. Angel Candice Swanepoel and the brand's chief marketing officer, Ed Razek, who said, "We've wanted to come to London since 1998, and we're just really excited to be here."

The show, which debuted in 1995, has been held in Cannes, Miami, and Los Angeles, as well as New York. Last year's festivities brought us frisky behavior from Taylor Swift and model Karlie Kloss, a $10 million bra, and an emoji-themed lingerie outfit.

We're sure the brand will make the most of its London setting-perhaps paying homage to the Queen and Kate Middleton. Not to mention the most fun-loving royal of them all. "We would love to invite Prince Harry," Lima said in her announcement. "He definitely has a front-row seat."
