What Men Secretly Love About Your Body

From the uncensored opinions of men to scientific evidence about what turns dudes on, here's what guys are really

paying attention to. Want more? Find out what they think about your hair, skin, and scent.

1) The Skin He Wants to See Most

Showing off your legs, decolletage, and shoulders seems pretty obvious, but the part of your body men go crazy for? The curve of your neck and collarbone. "I go absolutely nuts for a sexy collarbone," says Brandon, 26. "It's one of the most gorgeous, delicate, poetic parts of a woman's body." Find out how to get sexy cleavage.

2) How He Feels About Fake Tans

We asked 100 guys on the street: Is a deep tan during a non-sunny season foxy or too fake? 75 percent said too fake and the other 25 percent said foxy. Opt for a lotion with gradual self-tanners to give yourself a subtle glow, if you're feeling really pasty. We found the best self-tanners for your sex life.

Don't miss Cosmo's Practice Safe Sun campaign! From uncovering misleading tactics used by tanning salons to supporting national legislation aimed at regulating the indoor-tanning industry, we've got everything you need to know to stay protected from skin cancer.

3) Some Men Don't Care If You Shave Your Legs

We asked 100 guys on the street: Do you care if your girlfriend has shin stubble? 65 percent said yes. 35 percent said no. We would like to buy that 35 percent a drink.

4) They Hate Body Glitter

Perhaps it's time to swear off the body glitter for good. 52 percent of the men we surveyed want you to banish this beauty product from your stash. Why? "It gets all over me, my apartment, and my clothes!" complains Nicholas, 26. It might be fun to dust on some sparkly glitter for a girls' night out, but when you're with him, stick to a natural look that seems lit up from within.

5) Most Men Love the Natural Look

When surveying men, their top complaint about your look is when your makeup is piled on-they hate not knowing what's underneath. Find out what else they notice about you. Plus, it's just not natural. "Being all done up can mask natural indicators of good health that turn guys on," says Fisher. That doesn't mean go barefaced- the trick is to create a look that seems au naturel to men. Try sheer foundation and a dab of rosy blush and nude lip gloss to accentuate your skin tone, says NYC makeup artist Christian McCulloch.
