The Women at the 'Gravity' Premiere Gave Us Serious Leg Envy

FilmMagic, FilmMagic, WireImageFilmMagic, FilmMagic, WireImage First off, how cool are the dresses Sandra Bullock, Jamie Chung, and Emma Watson wore to the NYC premiere of Sandra's film, Gravity, last night? Simple, but not-at-all boring, right?

But take a closer look. You guys seeing what we're seeing?

These ladies all have a set of killer legs, right?

We're totally gushing over Sandra's toned quads.

Our Fitness Editor, Marissa Stephenson, suggests a weighted lunge to score that awesome definition peeking out from her Grecian-with-a-twist dress:

Grab a set of 10 lb weights. While holding the weights at your side, step forward with one foot and lunge down to 90 degrees. Step back for 1 rep. Do 2 sets of 12 reps alternating legs. Don't go crazy though -- only do these every other day.

If you want to go the extra mile, Marissa says you can tone your biceps at the same time by holding the weights 90 degrees to your body instead of at your sides. (I'm sweating just thinking about this).

We also are so into Jamie's not-too-sexy body-con dress. And you've gotta have great calves for that middle-hemline to really flatter. Give this cuter-calves-exercise a shot.

And we can't leave Emma Watson out. (Those shoes. We want.) Try a ballet plie to create long, lean legs like The Bling Ring star.
