Would You Wear This Mini-hat Headband?

See this little hat on a headband here? Can you imagine placing it voluntarily on your head?
It's the Classic Cinema Night Headband from Mod Cloth. And it's certainly quirky.
What I'm wondering is, if you would wear it, what would you wear it with, exactly? A sundress? Jeans and a T-shirt?
And if you wouldn't wear it, just how silly do you think this idea is?
